تمديد ولاية الاونووا، التأسف لتدميرإسرائيل" ملاجئ اللاجئين وطردهم من غزة، الطلب من "إسرائيل" اتخاذ خطوات فورية لارجاع اللاجئبن والاعراب عن القلق الشديد لانكار حق تقرير المصير لشعب فلسطين
مما جاء فيه:
ج)
1- تصرح بأن تهديم ملاجئ اللاجئين والترحيل القسري للمقيمين فيها إلى أماكن أخرى، بما في ذلك الأماكن الواقعة خارج قطاع غزة، يتناقضان مع المادتين 49 و 53 من اتفاقية جنيف الخاصة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب والمؤرخة في 12 آب (اغسطس) 1949، كما يتناقضان مع الفقرة السابعة من قرار الجمعية العامة رقم 2675 (دورة 25) بتاريخ 9 كا نون الأول (ديسمبر) 1975 والمعنون " المبادئ الأساسية لحماية السكان المدنيين في الاشتبا كات المسلحة. "
2- تستنكر هذه الأعمال التي قامت بها "إسرائيل".
3- تدعو "إسرائيل" إلى التوقف فوراً عن تهديم ملاجئ اللاجئين، وعن ترحيل اللاجئين عن أماكن سكناهم الحالية.
4- تدعو "إسرائيل" إلى اتخاذ خطوات فورية وفعالة لإعادة اللاجئين المعنيين إلى الملاجى التي رحلوا عنها وإلى تهيئة ملاجى مناسبة لاقامتهم.

ج ) وتبنت قرار رقم 2792 ب 79 صوتاً مقابل 4 أصوات ضد القرار وامتناع 35 كالآتي :
